What is included

Sales Service Package:

  • Upon receipt of executed sales agreement
    • check contracts for initials and signatures
    • upload documents to Zipforms or similar TMS
    • E-introduction to clients. Includes key dates, request for completion of any missed documents and copy of all executed documents for their records
    • E-introduction to lender and title company (as applicable) with appropriate addendums, disclosures
    • Order HOA resale package, coordinate any municipal inspection requirements, collect utility service provider list from seller(s) for buyer(s)
    • manage mortgage, title and insurance requirements are underway, as needed
  • Between signed Sales Agreement and Closing
    • provide agent and client with key dates (inspection, BRI, CTA)
    • Communicate with all parties to ensure alignment and openness
    • work with lender, title company and assist with communication/records of ALTA, CTA, POA, as applicable
    • Remind buyer and seller to transfer utils
    • schedule closing at time and location amenable to all parties
    • Advise seller how to “ace” the final walk through
    • Confirm final walk through day/time
  • Upon Sale Completion
    • upload ALTA to Zipforms or TMS
    • final closing email to client with end of transaction documents for their file, request for agent review
    • add any pertinent notes to agent CRM
    • Complete MLS Sold information. Complete change listing form with MLS if any corrections are needed.

Pricing

  • $50 deposit
  • $250 due at closing
